General

Once you order any goods from us, you have to submit your personal details. The dispatch might take two to four days and you will get a confirmation mail with a link to track your shipment. You can raise your query at our customer service team. However, the delivery of the product might take place within seven to ten business days. 

We assure you that all our products are of high quality and as it is described on our website. If the product has got any manufacturing defect, then we are bound to replace that product with a brand new and working one. If the harm is accompanied by any third-party or the customer itself, then this warranty doesn’t hold.

Delivery and Return Policies

We estimate a possible delivery schedule and it might vary according to the circumstantial mishaps. You will get a notification mail after you receive your shipment. In case, you have already paid for the goods, then we would definitely process your delayed delivery request. We will let you know the current status of your shipment as soon as we figure it out. If you miss the delivery, then the product will return to our warehouse. 

In the case of faulty products, you can claim full or partial refunds. Otherwise, we would replace or repair the product. Make sure that you claim your refund statement within seven days of delivery unless we can’t process your request. And, not forget to keep the original delivery package. Do not receive the package if it is torn or looks damaged. The replacement takes place only after thorough monitoring of the delivered product.

Payment

We don’t charge extra than the listed price on our catalogue. However, shipping charges may apply wherever necessary. You can opt for both online and offline transactions. We accept all modes of online transactions such as bank transfers, credit and debit cards. You can download the invoice for the product once the product gets delivered to your address. Kindly note that we can’t process delivery if the case of political dilemmas, adverse conditions and natural calamities.
